Sorry, I haven't been around here for quite a while, though I am thinking of finishing this off soon. I hope they will be used.

@Halo- I can't think of why that would happen unless the containers respawned for some reason. The rings are all-new objects so shouldn't conflict with anything either. I'll do some testing and updating, can't say when but I'll try to do it while my interest is still high.

@Warp- (I know it's a year old..) If anyone is wondering about that nose ring, I'm almost positive it's one of Slof's mods. I believe the goth shop, but it was a long time ago, soryy .

These looks really good! You did a great job, keep em coming.

Where did you get the nose stud on your character? I have been searching for days for Oblivion body jewelry mods and I can't find anything <img class="> Anyway, wonderful work and thanks for releasing this to us!

    Hi Palpenious,

I searched around for a solution to that mesh problem but the only thing i found which was remotely close was this:
    http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index...ing&redirect=no
    Black Texture part.

As for balance, I admit when I first checked them out i was looking purely at the aesthetics. Unfortunately I dont have great sense of balance just yet since im "new" to oblivion in a sort of way. Trying to pry myself away from the cs, and go play the fricken game oy.

It is in my opinion however that the vampiric ring is unbalanced.

After loading your mod and waiting for the Morrowind Jeweler to finish his lunch break (Im serious).

I then purchased the ring, donned and proceeded to attack imperial guards.

My character a lvl 4 stealth specialist in this case was then attacked by 3 guards with swords & 3 guards with bows.

They could not put a dent in me.

Suprisingly your jeweler decided it was in his best interests to help me, firing arrows at the guards screaming "Die Imperial!". LOL

Granted there is no way I would really be able to afford the ring at that level, unless I *ahem* borrowed the fancy ring from his fancy table.

As for a solution I have no idea, I imagine there is no such thing in vanilla oblivion that can replicate the MW cast enchantment absorb health & fatigue.

If I can think of anything I would be happy to let you know.

The problem with them showing up in the inv. screen is with the mesh itself, I believe. I have had the same problem with a few swords I have made as well. Still not sure why it happens or how to fix though. I didn't worry about it so much here because it's a lot less noticeable with rings than swords.

Also, regarding your requests, the soul ring is the on I'm working on now and I am attempting to add a little special twist to it <img class="> It's liking to give me problems though, but it should be done soon I just don't want to update until I have at least two or three things to put in there. So maybe I'll do the three you requested next before going back to the other simpler rings.

Also wondering about the enchantments, too powerful? not enough? I personally think the vampiric ring is too strong, but was the closest I could get w/o adding script effects to give you a temp. spell/power or something.

I do have some suggestions & maybe a request.

Ring Azura, Marara's Ring, & the Ring of the Hortator are all Mentor style rings.

6th House Amulet - Although in MW the icon is just a Extravagant Saphire Amulet unless you get creative <img class="> Its enchantment is largely useless anyway, and if created would be purely nostalgic.

    Heart ring

    Soul ring

And if I can request it I would love to see a Madstone of the Ahemumusa mesh.

As per the 3rd test, wont the Moon & Star kill me? By Azura could it really be me?

Heh, this was actually mentioned when I first made the ring. You could explain it away by saying this guy made replicas of these rare/legendary rings, then had them enchanted with similar properties. Kind of how you can buy a Rolex or Diamond necklace on the streets.

the ring itself really looks cool, but what about the hand/arm gaps?
when you fix them, you'll get the 10!

edit: seems to be a body-mod-issue that has notthing to do with your rings.
    going to try out.

Yeah, I've changed body mods a few times, so I have lots of clothing and armor that looks strange when I'm not completely covered. Unfortunately, the rings are fairly small so they are mostly covered by gloves (especially heavy armor). Thanks for checking it out and commenting everyone! I'm working on the more interesting ones now so hopefully there will be more in a few days. *crosses fingers*

I can imagine certain Dunmer of cyrodiil awestruck upon discovery of the new wielder of the ring. Take that Dagoth Ur!

Lore joking aside I think this is a nice touch.
