I don't know if people actualy check this or not. But if you do, could you actualy tell me where Lipsand Tarn is? This probably sounds noobish or something but I'm just too lazy to find it myself. Just the general area is fine. Thanks.
wow just had the battle of my life getting through lipsand tarn. i got the stone and book only to find my skill isnt high enough ! arghhh. off to training school i go.

Found it. Exteriors are truly distinctive: I especially like the lighting fixtures on the towers. "> However, I can't seem to find any means of getting in. No doors on any of the four towers, and the rune stones are inactive on the connecting bridges. You can't tcl through the towers, of course, because you need to use the activator. Otherwise you just emerge on the other side.

centeroncell cloudtopexterior then tcl and go straingt North or North East. It's on a hill there.
