Yes I have. If you click my profile you can see the complete Altmer (High Elf) version and I'm working on others as we speak. (New: Just added a bosmer character as well.)
As for the beards, I prefer to keep these files as non-mod dependant as possible with the exception of the imperial which was really completed by throttlekitty's hair. The idea behind the entire project was to make something masculine enough to be different, but plain enough to be tweaked to each players liking, and mods. Which mods you add after the save is, and should be your choice alone. =)
Thanks for the feedback all. This isn't a major mod of any sort, but I'm glad the project is being received as well as it is. I'll be releasing more as time goes on, so keep an eye on my profile page for updates.
I added a second version for the Vanilla Hair. I made some edits to the facial features which are slightly diffeent the v1 for vanilla hair. I personally think it's a major improvement, but left both files up and added new images so you can pick the one that's right for you.
Done! There is another file uploaded as per your request for the vanilla hairs. Simply install and load the savegame, and all should work just fine. If you experience any problems with it please let me know. I'll make you a new one from scratch. ^_^
