Ok I know nothing about TESCS... and I have no understanding of how to get this hair to work other than copying the files into the data folder... I need some help here...
the file as to its results id give it a 10 but for accessibility id give it a 1 since u can just make em already with all the skins for all races wen u upload the mod instead the person downloading it has to mod it again with programs he barely understands and thats a big "if" so overall i wont give it more than 5 rating because its unaccessible by some

That hair is not conformulated. I wanted to tell you 'Copy .egm files', but the archive does not have .egm file. You'll need to make one with Conformulator....
