Newest version is also available on that one russian site. https://tesall.ru/files/modi-dlya-oblivion/programmi-i-instrumenti/1473-oblivion-font-generator you have to make an account, id suggest using chrome for its auto translate feature.
This version 1.12 crashed the game at start, when I used it for SFontFile_1, (and for another sometimes). The reason is probably an error in generated fnt file, wrong file size. But I found version 1.13 which fixed this error.
Get the newest 1.13 version from planetelderscrolls.com. It has a lot more features!
I saw your file and eagerly downloaded it but could you give some step by step instruction on how to generate an already installed windows font into a font that I can use in Oblivion?
I downloaded the DarN_Kingthings_Petrock fonts that came with the DarN UI & even added the Kingthings_Petrock fonts that I found in another file. My problem is that the numerals in the Kingthings_Petrock family are too elaborate. The serifs or whatever that adorn them make them difficult to read in anysize smaller than 18 and that's a bit large for the inventory pages. (Titles start to overlap)
I was hoping to use your tool to create a font with simpler numerals based on Kingthings or failing that convert another font.
I have a number of gothic style fonts on my PC already including Minster, Morpheus and Mael but they were all installed as True-Type fonts. (fontname.ttf) How do I convert them into the .fnt and .tex files required bu Oblivion?

A much better alternative. More options + higher resolutions.
