Ever wondered why a Khajiit had two eyes, and he could use one of them only once per day !? That would mean that he had one eye closed for the rest of the day. This mod \'fixes\' that. Now you can use the Eye Of Fear power as often as you\'d like.

This changes the Khajiit 'Eye of Fear' Power into a Lesser Power.
Details
=======
Ever wondered why a Khajiit had two eyes, and he could use one of them only once per day !? That would mean that he had one eye closed for the rest of the day.
This mod 'fixes' that. Now you can use the Eye Of Fear power as often as you'd like. For only 25 magicka ! And it has been upgraded a bit. Now you can demoralize enemies up to level 30. Because a Khajiit just looks scary.
And oh yeah, you don't have to start a new game for this to work.
Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
Incompatibility
===============
It'll probably be incompatible with any mod that changes the 'Eye Of Fear' power, although I can't think of any.
