I'm really glad clintonius fixed this because aside from the respawning thing this was a really nice mod. I always thought it was strange that once you kill Agarmir his house and everything in was still off limits. I can't wait to try out the new version. 10/10
As to Iron_Hand_Elite's question; Agarmir is part of a quest called Unfriendly Competition that starts at the NPC 'Jensine' in the Trade District of the Imperial City.
This is an official apology to those of you that had the previous versions of this mod.
When I did my in-game testing before I used only one container but I was unaware that it was one of the few containers in this house that wasn't respawning so I didn't know there was a problem. I recently did more testing and found that most of the containers were still respawning. So, I replaced every container with non-respawning ones. Now all your items will truly be left right where you put them.
As for the door appearing red to you I believe I have fixed that as well. All the doors have been set to 'player' ownership and now they should be safe to enter. Just remember to remove all your items from Talos Manor before upgrading to version 1.2 or all your items will be lost.
Once again I am terribly sorry for this oversight and I sincerely hope that all will enjoy this mod. Thank you.
Do not put any items in the kitchen cabinet, I put tons of alchemical ingredients there and came back to the house a few days later and it had respawned and I lost everything.
Perhaps a warning about this would be nice? ? ? ?Grrrrrr.........
Can you make the containers fixed so they do not respawn? And is there any way to get the tons of missing ingredients back I lost in the kitchen cabinet, so to speak.
I apologize to you and to all that encountered the same issue. I hope not many of you lost any cool stuff because of my carelessness "> . It was a silly oversight on my part and the problem should be resolved in my updated file. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience.
I did this quest a long time ago, but dhe door still appears red to me, eventhough I have this plugin installed, anybody has a solution, there are no conflicts in the mod manager!

This is a great idea and one should also be looked at in Skingrad for the little Gorithimer guy (sp?) that is crazy and thinks everyone is out to get him. After you kill him and get his house key he's got an awesome house and sad to see it just go to waste. BUT THE CONTAINERS NEED TO BE FIXED AND NOT RESPAWNABLE.
Obviously I'm new to mods and I wish you pro's would include more basic instructions/functions for us n00bs. thx, Ace
