   It's a little drab, but, for your first mod, its fairly good "> (and infinitely better than anything than I can do lol)
   
   Keep at it, try and improve. Never know, you might end up as the next big thing in Building Mods.

   For a first mod thats VERY impressive. Room for improvement (No unique qualities to set it aside from other IC safehouse mods) but its still very good to say your new ">
   
   Keep up the good work and I look forward to future mods
