Description A spell that teleports you to a nexus of portals, allowing instant access to each of Cyrodiil's cities. For better compatibility, the portals will deliver you to indoors locations. to acquire the spell, look for something the arch-mage neglected in his quarters. If you arrive at the nexus and change your mind, cast the spell again to go back.

Requirements None that I know of.
Installation The usual.. copy the ESP file to your Oblivion\data folder. When starting the game launcher, select Data Files and check the box next to "CitiesNexus.esp".
