    @AustenBoy (Yes, I know this is three years late) The mod for becoming a werewolf itself that this one goes along with is "Curse of Hircine - Resurrected" (or the original). This just adds some more NPC enemies for werewolves and werewolf players.

    Now it would be neat if the werewolf hunters were redone so that they went on werewolf hunts in groups (and perhaps even with their own organization and uniforms). I think Skyrim's Silver Hand is something like this. That would be a real threat you could recruit fellow werewolves to help with. ^^;
    Probably looking at the code for one of the vampire overhaul plugins could help with adding in similar werewolf hunters, and maybe even patches to combine both so you have people who hunt werewolves and vampires? I'm probably too ambitious O_O

    Playing as an archer, I would recommend adding torches to the hunters so they could be identified as friendlies from a distance.
    I suggest that these hunters wander as their current fixed spawn points are in locations where they will never come across the HH.

    wich function do you use to spawn npcs? placeatme, createfullactorcopy ? Have you found a way to spawn npcs whitout causing bloating?
