I'm surprised nobody fixed something as simple as this. To fix the missing textures, open the mesh in NifSkope, find the mesh for the pants and change the texture directory like I did here: https://imgur.com/a/cFxcuhR
i'm pretty sure this IS Casca's armor. If you pay attention to more than her missing textured undergarments (Pervs! xD) the clasp for her cape seems to bear a Band of the Hawk emblem, that is, the winged sword.
Not endorsed because of the following mistakes: 1. missing underwear texture 2. distorted legs below knee (if viewed in an editor), this is simply unclean work, as the ankle bones are not aligned properly 3. changing GMSTs in a clothing mod is rather uncommon and could be considered a bad habit 4. lack of a description, although it's a rather minor point
overall this mod does not live up the usual expectation of a mod by HENTAI
When I checked this in Oblivion Mod Manager, the ESP also says it:
"Removes Camera swing delay"
"Removes elastic camera when moving forward and backward"
"Removes camera shake when moving"
There are a couple things I don't like about this. First of all, the fact that you have virtually no description of the mod can lead people to believe this is JUST a clothing mod, when obviously, there's more to this than that. It would be wise, and considerate of others, if you documented things like this.
That leads me to the more generic point: you need to include better descriptions of your mod. "Go get it" is pretty weak, and comes off as lazy.
I will not rate this, as I haven't fully explored the clothing part, but I do take issue with not being informed about the above. I only noticed it just before I went to launch Oblivion, when I checked it in OBMM.

Well, armor does look similar to one, Caska (from Kintaro Miura's Berserk manga) was wearing.
