I loved the location for this house, but i think that the items included are a little ott, still i did help my self to some of the lockets and rings, the rest was just to much.
Also, i realised the lighting had been made to be at day light levels, i just didnt think it looked right, eveything looked washed out.
All that being said, I did used this house for quite some time before actually buying a vinilla in game house.
This mod is basically one huge cheat, that allows you to get multiple copies of every item in the game. Including 50K of every type of arrow, 50 of each level of alchemical equipment, 50 of each alchemical ingredient, and quite a few of every weapon at every level. Now, I'm not saying that's bad, but it's just not what I'm looking for in the game. If you want to see everything the game has to offer (but don't want to play in the construction set), this is a good way to go. But not really practical as a house, if you're looking to play fairly.
