excellent spike pit, but the combatants don't live long enough to see it come into play. Ever notice that the handtohand fighter always loses? I wonder how high the handtohand skill would have to be boosted to give that fighter a chance. I would love to remove the chance of equipment not spawning altogether. I know you say you're done with Oblivion, but you'll be back
EDIT: Thanks for making this! It inspired me to learn about the CS. I stayed up all night tweaking the item lists and npc stats. Now the combatants wear their colored reinments and have a much wider variety of more similarly balanced weapons and shields from Frans, and 0 chance to omit equipment. If only I could figure out how to edit the NPCs skills, I would boost that hand to hand and let some weaponless fighters back into the fray
This looks good, however I don't think I want the pit every fight. Can this be random? Some fights pit, some fights in regular arena? Thanx. Will track.

1.Impale corpses on the spikes
2.Make the arena way more bloody
3.Scatter some body parts around the arena
I think this would make the arena way more immersive and add to the dangerous feel of it.
EDIT: I think I'll make this mod.
