The main difference is that this adds a portal ingame to get to the testinghall and other areas that are not accessible any other way in the game, to my knowledge, other than COC (center on cell). I think it makes it easier to get to these areas, and for what its worth, seems to increase the lore of going to the testing areas a little. The testinghall does have many testing areas accessible, but I dont think I included any of those areas here.
