Slightly different problem in my version. Shum gro-Yarug just keeps on talking the same, that the count doesn't know me and I won't get to buy a house. Don't have the idea what to do, cause I also cannot finish the Cure for Vampyrism mission, because the Count isn't showing up.
This mod did not work for me. I saved a game with my character in the West Weald inn and then exited the game. Next I copied the esm to the data folder, brought up the OBMM and marked the file to use. When I restarted the game there was still no Shum. The mini map kept showing the same old thing, that he was just outside Skingrad in the West Weald. Of course he was not there.
