This mod is what is known as a dirty mod. Are you aware that you've recompiled every script in oblivion.esm? whether by accident or ignorance I don't know, but it definitely needs cleaning in tes4edit or similar. See now any mod loaded before this one that changes any of those scripts will not function.
To clean this up open up tes4edit and remove identical to master records. Then delete *every* other thing that has nothing to do with this mod.
This mod need some work. Better said, a lot of cleaning up. There is far to much script in here. It has copies of all the Oblivion.esm scripts. Checked this with Tes4view. I can see that only a small part have actually been changed in any way. I do not think that the changes are intentional. Like what has a (how ever small) change in the GrayFoxScript got to do with this mod? This mod causes problems with my other loaded mods because it overwrites everything scripted that has been changed. In some chases moving this mod right to the top of the loading list after esm files does a lot of good. But if your esm files change script (e.i. Marts Monster Mod or Tamrielic Ingredients), you will run into problems. Happy to say Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul and Francesco's Mod are OK. Would do the clean up myself, but I have no idea how.
