About this mod

Adds 6 spells, 5 to summon each of the 5 turrets. 4 of the turrets damage your enemies, 1 of the turrets restores your health. The other spell returns the turrets.

Description

This is a mod that lets you summon 5 different turrets to fire spells at your enemies and to heal you when you need it. The five turrets are:

*Fire Turret: Fires fireballs at any enemy in the cell at the cost of a small magicka damage over 100 seconds. Damages 10 points every cast.
*Frost Turret: Fires ranged frost attacks at any enemy in the cell at the cost of a small magicka damage over 100 seconds. Damages 10 points every cast.
*Shock Turrets: Fires lightening bolts at any enemy in the cell at the cost of a small magicka damage over 100 seconds. Damages 10 points every cast.
*Damage Health Turret: Fires ranged damage health spells at any enemy in the cell at the cost of a small magicka damage over 100 seconds. Damages 10 points every cast.
*Restore Health Turret: Fires ranged restore health spells at you when you are below 100% health. heals 2 points every cast.

You can summon only one of each turrets enabling you to summon up to a total of 5 turrets. Use the "Return Magical Turrets" spell to remove the turrets.

4 of the turrets are retextured according to their effects.

Instillation
==========
If you downloaded from any other site other than Planet Elder Scrolls or TESNexus, then please check Planet Elder Scrolls or TESNexus for a later version.

Extract the archive "CMMagicalTurrets v1.0" to your Oblivion/Data folder. Activate the esp in your data files or through the 3rd party applications OBMM or Wrye Bash.

Uninstillation
==========
Uncheck CMMagicalTurrets.esp from your data files. There are also 4 meshes and 4 textures.

You can find the 4 meshes in oblivion/data/oblivion/architecture/citadel/interior/citadellordschambers

Known Bugs and Problems
=========
*The turrets are known to shoot at nothing or at walls but this is because it is shooting at enemies across the cell that you can't see.
*The turrets do not shoot at guards who are attacking you.
*This isn't really a known bug, but I do want to know whether this mod makes you crash or not. It crashed a few times during testing but it was hard to tell with other mods running and xfire to mess things up.
