I like the house very much, the water sounds inside the bedroom may be annoying though.
anyway wanted to point out that on my installation COBL says that this mod may cause some (cobl?) scripts to fail. sorry but I haven't deeper information on that.
A GREAT house mod... I am having 2 problems: 6 missing meshes in 2nd floor of main house (in narrow room w/ 6 small end tables). I've installed and reinstalled (clean save) Paintings Galore and Topal Manor. Still getting the missing meshes... HELP please! Second problem is more minor- missing a table in front of the couch in library.
The Main Room is missing textures for painting frames. Also getting missing meshes from paintings as well. Although this may not be an issue on your particular system, the waterfalls in this room kill my FPS. Otherwise the room is bright and cheery.
Bedroom is fine, Cellar I certainly like.
The library is a major FPS hit for me from all the candles, otherwise I like the layout.
The FPS thing is an issue on my end and shouldn't weigh into your decor decisions.

Bedroom is fine, Cellar I certainly like.
The library is a major FPS hit for me from all the candles, otherwise I like the layout.
