Summary
Mod add's a new type of weapon. Rusty Falx and Battle Falx can be found in most weapon stores (A Fighting Chance of ICMarket district is one of them). Read the note on the table with books in Roxey Inn (north-east of the Imperial City) to find out where to look for Accursed Falx.
NOTE: SAVE BEFORE TAKING THE ACCURSED FALX. After touching it you will be... cursed... and there will be no way back (although you'll have some benefits, like Reanimate spell on touch, you might not like thiss...). Dont say I didn't worn you.
Installation instructions
Unpack falxmod.rar to Oblivion\data directory. Start Oblivion Launcher, and Select the Data Files option. In the list that appears, check the falxmod.esp mod file for inclusion.
