One thing all House modders should do is make a clean save inside the house, exit Oblivion, then load the save.
This triggers all the physics, and is what would naturally happen if someone was using this as a player home.
Doing that in this house is a disaster! A good portion of the items you so painstakenly place go flying all over the room. The kitchen is a mess; the dining room dishes are all over the place, and books are everywhere.
It looks like thieves rolled the place.
The bathroom has the same problem. As soon as anything is touched, stuff goes flying all over the place.
The physics in Oblivion are very screwy; modders should take that into consideration when making houses.
Also, there are seams visible in the carpeting in the bedroom, and all over the ceiling.
