Bethesda Softworks for the meshes and Textures.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. OBMM
2. The Official DLCHorseArmor Plugin

INSTALLATION:
===============================================
First off download and install NifSkope and OBMM. Once you have
done that open up the DLCHorseArmor BethesdaSoftworks Archive ,not
the DLCHorseArmor Oblivion Plugin Data File. Then scroll down to this:

meshes/creatures/horse/armorsteel.nif

then open up

program file/bethesda softworks/oblivion/data/meshes/creatures/horse

drag and drop the armorsteel.net file from the BSA Browser to the horse meshes folder
close all but the horse mesh folder you just dropped the armorsteel.nif in. double click
on armorsteel.nif file, NifSkope will open up. You need to click on

4 NiSourceTexture NiBlock textures\creatures\horse\steelarmor.dds

and change it to

4 NiSourceTexture NiBlock textures\creatures\horse\armorlegion.dds

then click Save as, and save it as armorsteellegion ,then you are all set!!!!!

It add armor to all of the Legion Horses around Oblivion! Because they should be armored!
