Ok, so it is outside of Bruma on the west side. Go to the west side, there should be something like a path there. If you walk a little, you see big boulders against the walls. Between those is the place. So, its directly to the walls, search there.
edit: i just looked around ALL bruma and couldnt find it.....Tried even looking from above.But still couldnt find it.SO yea ,im unable to add pics ,i cant find it....
