Description
===========
Replaces the existing 'House to Buy' (HouseLower01) with something a bit more spacious for the 2000 septims you part with - HouseLower03. There are a few paid for 'storage perks' but the overall cost for the five upgrades is unaltered and the original contents are, in the main, merely repositioned. 'If you want cheap' you'll get it here. If you want 'cheat' then this is not the house for you.

Location
========
The location and the furnishing quest remain the same, with updated receipts.

Details
=======
This mod will only work if it's loaded prior to purchasing the Waterfront House. This is because the base contents of the shack are enabled at purchase and the remaining content by Parent items during stage 20 of the 'HouseImperialCity' quest.

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the ICWShack.esp file.
3. Start that game we all play.
Uninstall
=========
1. Remove any items you may have left in your 'Shack', Save, and Exit.
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the ICWShack.esp file.
3. Delete the .esp file from \Oblivion\Data\ or simply move it to another folder.
4. Load up that Save file and ignore the bleating messages, then resave.
5. 'Go kill something for me'.


Incompatibility
===============
This mod will not be compatible with mods that use cellars below the existing houses to buy in Cyrodiil. To this end, I have included a non functional (Load Door) trap door so you can easily link it to a door of your choice.
