Mh, it should usually run -.- the house is when you stand in front of the arena left of it, do you have the latest patch ? You should have version 1.2 which is automatically installed if you have shivering isles... or have you any mods which changes the arena district ? I've seen that you rated the file arena training center which adds a portal to the arena district, if you downloaded and installed this, this may be the thing why it doesn't run, you should try to run my mod without the other mod. Tell me please if it runs or not after trying out these things.
