PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT ON THIS MOD.

A recent loss of my computer has forced me into a "Retirement" from modding. Recent updates to this site have changed the usefulness of certain pages and as a result I will no longer be checking for new comments on this or any of my mods. Feel free to use, distribute and/or change this mod in any way you want.

Thank you matthewwh13 that is exactly the kind of feedback I've been looking for. I didn't know about the problem with the petshop mod but now that I do, I can change that exit for the next release of the mod. If more people would tell me things like that I could make the mod better. I know there is a problem with the creatures in the secret basement respawning where you kill them, I'm working on fixing that but for now people should try to kill each of them in their cages.

When walking along the road from Weye to Fort Nikel you will pass a large rock on your right. There is a barrel between the rock and a fence. The skeleton is between the barrel and the fence. If you walk along the road and see a well standing alone on top of a hill, You have gone too far.

Big rock, barrel, skeleton, fence on the right. I'm working on finishing the quests for this mod as well as working on a couple of other big mods but I'll see if I can take a screenshot sometime.

Is it possible to add a few sreenshots of where the skeleton is? I've been looking for it around Weye for the better part of an hour and I just can't seem to find it. Based on what I've seen, this mod looks insanely impressive and must have taken a great deal of time and effort to complete.

I just downloaded the mod again. I checked it in game and in the CS. no part of the quest is in the file and neither is the haunted castle. You must be running the esp I sent you to test, I did add the haunted castle to that for you to test.

I just now found your comment. Apparently I uploaded the wrong file, it should have a player owned home in it. The haunted house is the pre quest version of the mod but I still can't seem to write the quest, still working on it though. I'll have to check out the download now and see what file I uploaded. Very disappointing that no one has said anything until now. The nexus rating system is nice for keeping flamers out but not very useful for constructive criticism.

I finally found this (I don't look for things, I prefer to stumble upon them.. so not having found it until recently is no problem!) and I just wanted to give you props on how nice it turned out.

I'm really surprised you haven't released a later version, not sure if this released version is the same I had for testing purposes, (I suck at testing apparently <img class=">) but anyway, I've really enjoyed it since I started using instead of just seeing it's locked manholes around and wondering what they were about. I don't think I've gotten very far though, I thought there was a large live-able house, but it seems it's just a haunted mansion with a wonderful underground city. One of the vanilla horses was having a fit trying to use the manhole route though.. I wonder what that's all about? It's not just your mod, it's all "public" portal systems and routes, so I don't know.. just another thing for me to ponder.

Great job. Makes me wonder what's monopolizing your attention now, though. Huge worlds scare me, so until I found this, I really wasn't thinking of using that thing you're working on.

There should be nothing in this file other than an esp and a read me. Drop the esp in your C:/program files/Bethesda Softworks/Oblivion/Data folder

click the oblivion desktop icon and chose data from the list. place a check or x by the Vella den Keep mod and start your game

If you have oblivion mod manager check this mod in the OBMM list

there aren't any textures or meshes to mess with because this mod was made using only the oblivion textures and meshes
