About this mod

A Village located east of the Imperial City; along the road that leads to Malada.

Permissions and credits
Edit:

This is an older version of Lakeview Village which is no longer being supported. I am no longer modding Oblivion. While it is still a perfectly functional village when used on it's own, the location puts it in direct conflict with both Shezrie's Towns and UL Aspen Wood. There are no patches available.

Mhahn123 has made an updated and completely relocated version of this village. It moves the entire village east to the small waterfall area on Silverfish River to help eliminate conflicts. Can be found here: Settlements of Cyrodiil-Silverfish Falls

Description
===========
Cyrodiil is large and vast, yet hardly inhabited at all.

Besides the cities, few settlements provide more than the most basic of needs.

There is no Smithy's, a Grocer's, or a Publican's in the Nibenean Region.

The many adventurers that travel this area need a place to rest, before they carry on.

This mod is an answer to that problem.

Location
========
East of the Imperial City; along the road that leads to Malada.

Details
=======
This mod creates a fully-functioning village on the way to Morrowind, providing adventurers a place to eat, rest, and resupply.

It has a Blacksmith, a Inn, and a General Store.

The Smith has the unique weapons & armor featured in the mod: Knightly Armory by Phitt and Ghogiel.

Even though the townsfolk are quite diverse, everyone gets along, and characters even serve as trainers.

There is a Room to rent at the Inn.

Members of the Fighters Guild sleep in Lakeview Manor Basement for free; and there is one for you as well if you are Journeymen or higher.
