This is the best option by far. Save files at the end of the dungeon are not as good. This actually starts the game where you want it to start, at the end of the dungeon, and gives you the quests based on what add-ons and mods you got, as well as an excellent selection of dungeon loot. (I added a mortar and pestle to the loot in my copy, though.) I've just acquired a new computer, and after installation of Oblivion, this is the first mod I'm downloading. Bethesda should have given us this option to avoid the boredom of the repetitive dungeon when we no longer needed it. Ten out of ten. It's an essential mod.

Saves me hours during my mod install process in testing.
Thanks for this.
But there is a problem.
When using this mod, and using fast travel to go in the Imperial City, when speaking to a guard, the game crash.
