Scince-Fiction weapons.

I have made the weapon which can be noticed in other games.
These of the weapon it is necessary to use in TES CS as staffs.
Also know, I did not test it as I do not have time for it.
If will see that not so (for example the weapon at NPC crookedly keeps)
