   Works just fine although as previous commenters pointed out: you have to choose the desired version in Oblivion launcher. The mod doesn't affect clothing enchantments though. The soul gem power is increased in the enchanting menu but it doesn't result in stronger enchantments.

   Not sure this is working right. I tried both the x2 and x3 version and I still can't enchant any gear for more than 15%.
   
   EDIT: Tried 10x as well, no effect. I guess dlc or a patch stopped it from working at all.

      Sir, I realize it has been a few years but I had the same problem you did. You need to enable this mod by going to the oblivionlauncher.exe and clicking data files. Then check the correct box.

   Thanks for this. I recommend using the 'with cap' version. For stronger enchantments on apparel, use Enchantment Mastery along with this mod.

    I dont get it, how come when i try to enchant something it does normal effects, like when i want to enchant a robe with the mod no cap x10 on with a grand soul gem with a grand soul it says 16000 but like when i add the magicka enchantment it only adds 24 points or something just like a regular grand soul gem with a grand soul. any help?
