For starters, the head isn't black, you have to play with the sliders in order to get a somewhat black face, and if I have to start messing with that, I might as well use the stock khajiit race.
Secondly, my character got these odd green and red marks across the body. Again messing, with the sliders fixed SOME of these, but I could never get rid of the last, red marks.
Thirdly, my khajiit had odd human hands and feet. While the rest of the body has this blurry texture, the skin on the hands and feets was entirely smooth and out-of-place looking.
I recently used ES4 (modded with OOO, among other mods) to create an inky black khajiit. While she doesn't look like polished ebony, which I would not have desired anyway, she was almost completely black with less blueness, and a few thin, red wispy markings on her front and back, and faintly around the outlines of her face, which were bonus for her particular intended function. The main problem with ES4's facial coloring engine is me, of course, but I don't like it too much when the sliders move on their own accord. Never could get completely rid of the faint green on her lips, so good going with that task.
As for my khajiit, the Empire can wait on her for a bit; she's on her way to Cheydinhal for now. ">
