These aren't a 'ready to use' modder's resource. They do not go into the data folder.
These are merely to help you build your own custom textures for items, weapons, and apparel.
You use a paint program, like Photoshop or GIMP to utilize these, and then export as a dds file so Oblivion can read it. Which then gets pathed to your mesh and goes into your data files.
Look up a basic texture tutorial. It'll get you started in the right direction.
These textures are amasing and i'd love to be able to use them, but ehm..i don't have a clue how. I have used modder's resources before when you install the meshes and textures folder into the data folder, but this i don't get. Can anyone point me in the right direction because i've been looking everywhere on the web and i just can't figure this out. I sooooo want to use them.
Thanks for sharing these great looking textures, Giz! It's difficult to find nice things (at least it has been for me) so I am really happy to add these to my small horde!
Wow! Great art. I'd love to use it, but actually I don't find some good tutorials on modelling (I'm really a noob, but oh well) ... I hope someone is able to use them someday, cause I really like the patterns you used. Really great. You should write a tutorial for that "> XD Also, the colors harmonate with each other (do you know what I mean?)... Hm, I think my opinion is clear. Thanks for sharing ">

Then replace your existing file with the one you've made.
These are usually textures I myself create for some of my Oblivion textures.
Just for info, Texture Pack 1 has more textures than the screenies show.
Nice Work!
