Shut up, no freakin way! Im so excited about this. The amount of particles in the buff/debuff effects and enchantments is awful. Weakness to frost looks like youre a ghost lol.
It doesn't. I just used the Plugins.txt to manually enter the plugin to the load list, and everything seems to be fine. Grabbed the first of the arena achievements to be sure, but I think the game has a small icon to show on save files that are not compatible with achievements as well.
I don't remember having used anything this old from the Nexus before lol.
Hmmm... seems like it doesn't work entirely perfectly every time. Just came back out from the arena, swapped some of my usual gear back, and I briefly had the funny yellow glow on me again. But it disappeared and didn't come back when I re-equipped the sneaking boots.
Yeah I don't think it works at all. When I first loaded it up it appeared to be working but now it is not working. It was just one of the rare times the glow was working as intended and I wrongly attributed it to this mod. To be clear I am talking about remaster here. We need to wait for virtuos/Bethesda/another modder to fix.
This will be a growing list of items that are missed in this mod. I will update this regularly unless I find a better mod. (some similar ones ...Initial Glow Redux and Initial Glow and I am going to try these first)

*For people having issues* Download via Vortex and when it says create a mod with this file click yes and boom OBMM would work because something happend to the file and it wont extract files with 7zip -Hope this helps side note for people saying that the rings still have a glow I have tested and they are wrong there is ZERO glow after the initial glow effect you get from putting on said ring as title says no PERSISTANT glow fix
Just for the record, this mod still works in 2018, might not install with NMM but you should very much be using Wry Bash for Oblivion anyway, witch installs it just fine.
Lol i was still glowing but i was near Bruma so i teleported to there and the glowing stopped.I then backtracked to glowing again and teleported to Cloud Ruler Temple to check but it didn't work ,so Bruma seems to make this mod work smh. Update:Turns out it goes away by mostly teleporting to some random place.

Edit: It is a drain spell effect that is causing the glow. So we need to use Effect drain shader initial glow only by kuerteeEdit: Not sure if it is this mod or not but every time I equip my chameleon ring, there is a yellow glow around the walls.
