When using this with CorePC's Vibrant Textures vanilla replacements, I have never thought that the vanilla textures could be made so wonderful, without opting to use a different major texture replacer pack that usually comes with performance tradeoffs.
Well, I finally actually started playing the game a little after downloading several hundred mods. Really, at this point I am only running around testing compatibility but I have to say I am impressed with the difference your textures make even in the starter dungeon
I play at a 1380x768 on a GT8800 512MB cart and can play Quarl 2 but there is a noticeable performance hit with that in areas generated by Unique Landscapes and Better Cities. So, kudos to you for beautifying the game in a way that does not harm performance in any noticeable way.
I have been using these for quite a while now installing via Wrye Bash Bain - I dont think I will ever do without them, tried with CorePC Vibrant textures (which they work very well with), currently using with vanilla textures. They make a marvellous difference, bringing out more 3d detail in everything they touch.
Thank you.
Uploaded two pics for side by side comparison (Open them in two separate tabs to flick between the two), these are taken with game setting at medium textures not large so people optimising can see what a difference they would make to their machine without incurring any slow down
Very well done upgrade of landscape normal maps. I couldn't find any buggy textures. Thus a "must have" for anyone seeking visual upgrades to the original game.
Almost no performance hit, also when it's used with your High-Res Lanes Texture Pack. Nevertheless astonishing details; nice piece of work, Bomret, keep it up!

I give this a 10. Awesome job!
Adds a nice touch to the cities of the game without being a performance hog.
