This mod distributes item through leveled lists apparently. So you were just unlucky. Or your character is not meeting level fork for specific item (to see at what level specific item appears, load plugin in TES4Edit, navigate to specific item and you'll be able to tell). Or you have other mod loaded after this one, that also change leveled lists (and you don't use Wrye Bash's excellent bashed patch which merges leveled lists, so you only see that other mod changes to items, and not all mods' changes).

I can confirm CarlosS4444 answer, I was missing one item from the Imperial Dragon Armor set and used TES4EDIT, use CELLS within ArmamentariumArtifacts and all locations will show up, that way I found that I had missed one chest within a Fort so I am very happy that I have completed all the Mercator notes.

Years later, but the Sunblade is right next to the akaviri amulet in the Pale Pass, on the right on a small coffee table/chair.

Also looking for the Ancient Dragon Armor's locations. I know those are static in the mod, just no clue where the locations are specifically.

Hm, this is the, basically, 5th mod that hasn't worked for some reason. I'm pretty sure I installed everything properly for this one. But even with the other ones which are as simple as "Move ... to Data folder" they don't seem to be working properly.
I am starting to think that Nexus Mod Manager isn't downloading the files properly...

Since this one is pretty popular and I've seen people use it recently, is there anyway alternate way to find mods or even make mods work?

    Hey guys,

I hope someone wanders here and will be able to help:
Any idea where to find Moonblade? I got Sunblade, but I can't seem to find the other sword. I like collecting things, but this is really bugging me

    Thanks for help.

On the right of the amulet in the Pale Pass, on a small chair/table.

I have seen a lot of people asking for the Sunblade as no one can seem to find it easily - SPOILER AHEAD!

The Sunblade is right next to the Akaviri serpent amulet in the Pale Pass, on the right of the pedestal on a small coffee table/chair.

Adding new arrow types was unnecessary, makes your quiver and inventory a lot harder to manage. It's not like there's a difference between "Steel Arrow" and "Brown Steel Arrow", but your quiver now runs out twice as fast

It delivered as promised. Wide variety of new, interesting weapons and armor. Those I found looked good. This must have been a massive amount of work. Thank you for such a commitment and for sharing it with us.

    Major complaint here.
I do not use OOO i do not like it.
I am using Maskars atm new. Anyways my complaint.
I am level 1 with an iron Longsword, and all these new custom weapons are worse than lvl 1 trash.
4-8damage on 1 handers, my Iron Longsword does 13.....whats the point of all this cool gear if its worse than the worst items in the base game....

At level 1 your skill with swords is not high. The higher your skill gets, the more powerful weapons become. These are not nukes :)

If you were using OOO (or Francescos) overhaul, you would be running OMOBS and it'd be applied to the vanilla weapons sets.  This mod was designed with OMOBS (OOO and Francescos) overhauls as the target audience.  So the stats would all be similar, unlike what you are getting now.

"This version of Armamentarium Complete was designed for vanilla (unmodded, base) Oblivion and Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul mod. All Normal
weapons and armors in this mod have been balanced for OMOBS (the system
which OOO mod uses). In some cases Mobs Stats."

An oldie, but a goodie, though it definitely does show its age. I remember back in 2009 - 2010 when I was playing Oblivion on an old computer how I was excited to play with this mod because I loved the idea of expanding the weaponry and armory of the game to see what sort of neat armor and weapon combinations I can get.

10... almost 11 years later, and I loaded this up for a quick playthrough to test it out. It is, unfortunately, showing its age and how the Modding scene (even for Oblivion) has moved on past what made this great in 2010 but just ok in 2021.

First off let's start with what makes this perfect for people who want to use this: There's a LOT of customization options. This pack isn't kidding when it says that there are over 1,000 items for you to download and use and all of it is tied into the leveled lists - meaning that there's always a chance you'll find something new and interesting killing enemies. Bandits will look like they're scrounging at the bottom of the barrel for gear, marauders look intimidating, and Deadra look different from one another. Not only that but there are some unique meshes in here such as Katanas and a few other surprise weapons! Honestly, if you use this, it's going to be the only weapon/armor pack you need.

    The downside?

Well, those unique weapons and armors are few and far between. Almost 80% of this mod's armors are just recolors with just some minor cosmetic texturing done. Sure, there are 10 different variants of armor for each type, but if you've seen one steel armor set you've really seen them all. That's really the biggest downside to this when it comes to armor. What really makes this mod shine though is the different weapon models. 3 different kinds of 2 handed swords for each tier, 3-4 different 1 handed weapons for each weapon tier - and yes there are recolors - but a Claymore is still different from a Great Sword which is still different from a Flamberg.

All in all: If you don't mind having not as many unique-looking weapons, and just want a bunch of different armor sets then this is for you. Outside of MOO, OOO, and WAC there really aren't that many mods that add unique-looking armor to the game via the leveled lists. Personally, I'd use this JUST for the armor alone but there is a hard limit to the leveled lists for Oblivion on what can be accessed. So it's this or nothing. Still, there's nothing wrong with it. if armor variation is important, go with this. If not, there are a few other weapon packs out there that you might enjoy more.

If I am not mistaken the 2 vendor esp's shouldnt be activated together and the OOO masters are both the Armamentarium esm and Osucuro's
