Enhanced Camera is a good mod if you don't make use of Walkblessed. Don't use both as EC and WB will make camera behave oddly as both are doing the same thing (and EC plug in most likely also are based on script that OBSE are processing which can lead to issues over time instead of instantly be visible).
Walkblessed do also offer same feature and more (you can look up into the Sky and down your own body in both 1st and 3rd person).
Avoid any mod that will change camera when using Walkblessed or changes character speed (movement). MOO will work with this setting at least from what I am using:
; By default the minimum and maxmimum walking/running speed remains unchanged. ; These settings are normally set to 90 and 130. ; Suggested options: (-1), 50+
set MOO.ini_fMoveCharWalkMin to 100 set MOO.ini_fMoveCharWalkMax to 150
Install this mods files in OBSE plug in folder: DATA/OBSE/PLUGIN - don't just create a mod and enable it in MO2 as that will automatically place those dll that needed or ini file in that folder which OBSE will use for processing those script.
Adjust in its ini if anything will be needed and take a note to remember if you would later install any mod that also make changes to run speed (character/NPC) or changes camera in anyway.
Create a folder on Desktop, name it IniMODCamera or something, and create a shortcut (don't create a copy, but use shortcut so changes will be made in the original file that are stored in OBSE/plugin) from that ini and place it in that folder. This to make it easier to find which ini that might need to be changed if you would install a mod that might conflict in how it make use of OBSE and this mod.

cheers.
I tried every camera mod to make a semi modern 3rd person rpg game, including 2 fov slider changers, and this does it the best
Don;t know if you'll read this but thank you Mod author.
