I suppose it's a bit late adding a comment. I thought the meshes are very nice, but for a small problem: for the short dress, when coupled with the UW version of the HGEC (1.21) body, there is a small clipping problem where parts of underwear shows (this is, admittedly, rather common problem for a lot of clothing mods). Curious if anyone has come up with a good solution for this (some mods do not have this problem and I suspect that the thing to do is to slightly adjust the rigging to make the waist area a little wider, but that is beyond my technical skills.) Thanks!
Is it a replacer for the vanilla clothes, or new clothes? I couldn´t really see that information in the description... Maybe because I don´t speak perfect english^^

Sorry, I don't know how to make a jiggle version. However, this is a modder's resource so if someone else knows how and would like to do it they are free to.
The reason for the rotated sleeves texture, is because there are actually 2 different sleeves meshes in the BAB package, a tight one and a full/bell shaped one. They use different UV maps and so are not 100% compatible. I'm working on adding the full/bell shaped one to this resource. The blue gold robe texture will work with the full/bell sleeve.
Kudos to you for this!!! Any chance for a "jiggle" version for those of us that like to see a little jiggle when a girl walks? Just tried to give the long dress BABs "robes-blue gold sash" , but the sleeves are rotated about 1/4 turn forward. I think all the Exnem clothes/armor is this way...
