I can't imagine 10 npcs standing around in the tiny Grey Mare.
Chorrol isn't that big. Given the amount of homes in the town there really shouldn't be that many more people in it unless you consider them just visiting for the day doing errands from elsewhere.
This mod wasn't what I was expecting. I was very disappointed to see many NPC's standing in town doing nothing. I also saw a few NPC's from the castle who shouldn't be out of the castle. It really wasn't a great immersion at all. Nobody was interacting, just standing.
There are several mods in my game that add to the population. Still, walking into the Oak and Crosier and finding 43 people (most began filing out when I entered) was a surprise. Shouldn't have been, though, not with that Oblivion gate open outside the city. No doubt they were discussing it.
@monkeytroll: I'm not sure what could be causing that. Maybe try waiting a few hour indoors for the AI schedule to tick over and see what their like then. Other than that I'm not sure how to help you.
I love your work, unfortunatly for me the Open cities version does not appear to work, the NPCs are there, but they don't move, I wish I had any knowledge of the CS to fix this, but for now I will wait for an update
@Chris772: Some sleep in peoples houses, some people stay in inns, some sleep in bedrolls outside (lower class) and others wander outside (mostly lower class). This question was under the FAQ's too you know.
i'm downloading this now, so I will probably find out later when I hike to chorrol, but I will ask anyway. Are all of these people housed or are they all just middle-high class vagrants?

very good mod, will rate later after about an ingame week of living in Chorrol.
