Description
===========
This plugin simply removes the heavy fog while underwater.


Install
=======
1. Copy Underwater.esp to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside Underwater.esp


Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the Underwater.esp
2. Delete Underwater.esp file from \Oblivion\Data\


Incompatibility
===============
Probably not compatible with other water mods, so it's not advised to use this in conjunction with others.
