@Herolegend, it will conflict with Natural Weather for sure. For the installation of the main mod over another weather related mod refer to the readme of the main file. However quoting from EW readme:
To safely switch to Enhanced Weather from another weather mod, follow these instructions:
1. Open the console and type in fw 38EEE (without quotes). This will change the weather to 'Clear'. 2. Enter an interior, and save in a new slot. 3. Uninstall the old weather mod. 4. Load, then save in a 2nd new slot. 5. Install Enhanced Weather. 6. Load, then save in a 3rd new slot.
hey there, would this screw up arthurs natural environments? for instance if you use it will it stop natural environments from working again for the rest of the save game?
I think I have already seen this before. Btw I think it's great if you want to make beautiful picture with THE weather that you want. Excuse me for my english.

This isn't the main mod. As wrinklyninja said, it's a support mod.
