Thanks. I found a group of four small rocks together - Form ID 155772 - floating just above the river beside the path, is that what you're referring to? Cell -18,10. If so, I'll ground those in any future release. If not, please provide a screenshot which has some easily identifiable landmarks (or Form IDs of the placed objects).
Ok thanks. No new bug, I am talking about those rocks that need to be grounded. And the small issue with the bridge for UL Entius Gorge (see my last comment on the respective forum). It probably takes a few minutes to solve this problems, but if it's not going to happen soon I will use older versions and hope it's not reproducible.
I recently uploaded a new version of the compilation to fix some install script errors, I may also have included updated UL ESPs fixing the small glitches reported so far, can't remember.
Wonder if anyone knows if there is a patch that resolves the land tear, mismatch when you have UL River Ethe+Better Cities v6++Valenwood Improved+Elsweyr installed. The problem is right behind Better Cities Skingrad Castle.
Another great contribution by the author that increases immersion and gameplay variation at the same time. Totally stable and looks amazing with HDR on my low end graphics (I figured out how to remove the nuclear glow Oblivion's implementation of HDR imposes...that took about 10 hours of research and tweaking...what a pain but worth it to solve) on my low end PC. No FPS hit at all, even with Qarl's Texture Pack (the re-optimzed version). Wow. I know CYAN is coming out with a new game from their successful Kickstarter called Obduction. They would do well to take a lesson from Carel's approach to environments since that game is going to be mostly an outdoor adventure. Since I only paid $5.00 for Oblivion on Steam I thought the game was going to suck...and it wasn't my favorite until I started learning how to use WryeBash, BOSS, and carefully selecting Mods. Now it's my favorite for its genre hands down and Carel's contributions are a major reason why. Seems like people ought to be getting paid for work of this caliber, but I suppose the street cred comes back to them in other ways. I feel a little guilty getting such amazing enhancements for free (well, OK I pay the pittance monthly fee for premium membership on Nexusmods). I'm no coder, so I don't know how to give back, but I will find a way.
No water between the two waterfalls running around the backside of Weatherleah. In Wrye Bash, the short description states it requires Shivering Isle. Is this correct or should I add a bash tag for C.water for it and rebuild my patch?

Found some floating rocks on the last version. South West of Elenglynn. Above the river. Cell -19 10 (or around).

If you are missing water, you have something out of order and should be using BOSS to resolve it.
