i really liked the story as well very finely written. If you had any experiance in such modding matters. perhaps you could create some quests to rearrange the faction somehow yourself. The man would ask you privately one night i cannot do it would you seek revenge for me and my family?. You could obviously say no or.....Say yes and add you take to the rest. perhaps a guild shack to get things started. Some custom dialogue to recruit people to the reformed blood legion? Im sorry but i think something with such a back story as this deserves a quest line to be honest.
