can i use both the Bound and stand alone armors together or just one at time?

You should be able to use one, the other, or both. The best thing would be to merge the Bound Armor plugin using import graphics in Wrye Bash, saves you a slot and makes it more compatible other mods.

    Quoted from the comment topic...
Hullo. This is a great mod, but a FPS-killer on my admittedly slow computer. I used the replacer batch, and now I can't revert to vanilla armor. Removing the files just makes my character's body parts disappear when she dons Daedric gear.

So can you tell me what to do to fix this please? I'd like to keep playing with your awesome stuff on, but failing that, I wanna know at least what I should do to remove it.
    Thanks.

The batch was probably a bad idea on my part, a misguided attempt to save a little time.

To restore normal Daedric armor you should only have to remove the folder Data\Meshes\Armor\Daedric and optionally the textures folder Data\Textures\armor\jy\daedric if you don't intend to use the mod at all (which I would be sorry to hear).

The better way to replace TES4 Daedric with mine would be to install my mod normally and then use Daedric Lord Armor on NPCs by Iceflame542. Iceflame542 has done the legwork of making an ESP flavored replacer which I was too lazy to do.

I've gotten a handful of 'poor FPS' type complaints and honestly I don't see it. I stayed well within Oblivion's normal limits for triangles, the complete set is just a smidgen more than the Mythic Dawn armor and much less than TES4 Daedric. Texture sizes are all quite standard as well. My PC is merely adequate for Oblivion, having been built in early 2006 and gotten little attention since then. In testing I was able to clone several actors wearing the full set with playable frame-rates. Perhaps it's GPU specific; mine is Nvidia 8600, a stop-gap replacement for a 7900 which died horribly. I have some ideas on how to optimize the meshes, but no clue how much of an improvement it could make.

In the future please use the Help discussion thread, just to keep problems and their solutions organized.

edit: Removed the Replacer Batch, now unnecessary.

This may be a little late coming, but we've only had the ability to create new comment topics recently. The most common questions I have been asked are the following:

Q: I can't find the shack. Did I install wrong?
A: Make sure your game is patched to version 1.2.0416, the latest version for quite some time. This is a good idea anyway since it fixes critical bugs. Beyond that, be sure the ESP, meshes, and textures directories are in Oblivion/Data/ and that the ESP is active.

Q: I didn't get my items back! Where are my items?
A: Your items are in a pod on the second level. Go back and search around, everything should be unlocked; nothing should stop you. I wanted to avoid the pervasive hand-holding of TES4, but I was probably wrong to break custom. I apologize for the confusion.

Q: How do I get rid of the Teleportation Index? *Fixed in 1.02*
A: It seems you don't in the current release. I intended for it to be a loot item to sell or display, but this was my first quest and my knowledge of scripts is limited. I erroneously assumed Oblivion would release 'quest item' status when a quest had been completed. I should have fixed this by now... sorry.
