I would endorse this mod a thousand times over. A lot of my characters over the years used it. I've been able to use it without issues on highly modded setups up until this day. It's even compatible with mods like Better Cities, except for a couple clipping things that can be easily disabled/fixed with the console. The house has many new functionalities/hidden little secrets and all of these features work.
Awesome mod. The only thing I have against it is that it has major exterior clipping problems if your using Better Cities - Imperial City as well. This seems like an obvious issue to me that the better cities team could have easily avoided...but whatever.
I downloaded this mod looking for a revamp of the waterfront shack because of how pitiful and cramped it is, and I'm glad I did! It alters the house to make it feel more welcoming and cosy, with plenty of space for those that like to packrat certain items. Great detail, extra storage and ability to change the furniture or even turn it off altogether. I love it!

Our team (Wynton and BeZen) had dissolved Last summer. And I can't carry on updating Oblivion's MODs anymore.
