Install:

Copy the file "MTC EagleEyes 1.0[ENG].esp" in c:\Program files\Bethesda softwork\Oblivion\data.
Select the mod file in "data file" menu.
Launch with OBSE

Description:

This mod adds the Eagle Eyes spell. Now you can zoom in

Usage:

Once casted the spell, The player view starts zooming until a max value.

Mouse Left: stop zoom
Mouse Right: Disable Eagle Eyes

Once the magic effect finishes (duration: 15 seconds) the field of view return to the default ratio.



Very usefull for archer characters and players that own a good PC.
This mod gives the best combined with some LOD settings in Oblivion.ini as the npc/monster distance :

fLodDistance=500.0000>> set distance Land LOD
....
fLODFadeOutMultActors=15.0000 >>set distance NPCs/monsters
fLODFadeOutMultItems=15.0000>>set distance items
fLODFadeOutMultObjects=15.0000 >>Set distance rocks,forts,..

Raising this setting can lowering the frame rate, but if your pc is good enought there should be any problems.
My pc is a dualcore, ATI x1900GT,2GB ram and winXp. My settings are:

[LOD]
fLodDistance=750.0000
....
fLODFadeOutMultActors=40.0000
fLODFadeOutMultItems=15.0000
fLODFadeOutMultObjects=30.0000

These setting represent "Level Of Detail" sliders in the option menu (slider at max=15.0). If you modify the Oblivion.ini, don't touch these sliders, otherwise the game will overwrite the modified settings.

selezionare il mod nella schermata "file di dati"

Questo mod aggiunge l' incantesimo "Vista dell'aquila".L' incantesimo permette di vedere in lontananza,


Utilizzo:

Una volta efettuato l' incantesimo, la vista inizierá a zoomare fino ad un massimo di default.

Mouse sinistro: Interrompi zoomata
Mouse destro: disabilita vista dell'aquila

Se non si preme il bottone destro del mouse, una volta finito l' effetto della magia (15 secondi),
la vista torna automaticamente al'ingrandimento di default del gioco
