Desc:A small farm outside the SE of The Fringe, it has every plant and dungeon plant growing there for your convience. The farmhouse has a Bosmer merchant who'll buy anything from you, she also has 10k gold to buy with and a mercantile of 1, so expect good prices :D. There is also several storage chest and a bed for you to use, the chests (named according to how i woud use them, feel free to ignore this) being non-respawnables, so you won't lose anything ;)

**Update**Basement added with 8 everscamps locked in (hopefully they won't breakout this time). I had a few bugs while testing this, like a tiny scamp who could leapfrog 2 entire walls, hopefully this wont happen now. An atar with respawning arrows and repair hammers, so please don't leave anything in here you wish to keep.

The farmhouse has been tailored to me so feel free to eidt the farmhouse to your own desires and re-upload it, so long as you give credit to the original groundwork to me ;)

**Update** Added a note that teaches you a teleport spell, allowing you to instantly return to the storage area, handy for picking up loot. May not actually allow you to read note, but it still teaches you the spell, so who cares? ;)
