Thought I rated this already but here's the remedy. Great mod. The converter may crash a few times, just relaunch it. I've had it crash a few times in a row before converting everything. It works well though.
Vampessa- I use COBL and I didn't get any warning message. I also use Wrye Bash though and that may circumvent that issue.
For missing arms look for a file called Morroblivion Few Armor Fixes. I don't have the name of the modder though. It takes care of all the missing arms and other body parts you may find.
