I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I installed original mod and LOOT says i need this patch. So I read the instruction for this patch. And no matter what I do, LOOT is still saying I need this patch. I tried every patch in this mod, and nothing helps (LOOT is still going on that I need this patch. So how to instll this patch?

Just to be clear; this mod and Natural Environments can both be be activated and used at the same time?

Also can OBMM or any mod managers be used to install this mod?

Anyone looking for a mod that just adds some nice weathers to the game, look no further.

Or not, it's kind of broken. :(

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! That fast change weather bug cropped up suddenly on closing an Oblivion gate and had ruined my latest play-through. Even though the bug hadn't appeared until now; all my saves were somehow corrupted even back to exiting the imperial dungeon, and if I tried to uninstall natural weathers completely and do a clean save my game wouldn't even start to allow that clean save on the existing play-through. Your "simplified" fix has so far appeared to save my 40+ hour play-through. Don't know why you call it simplified, you should call it Ryu Doppler's Wonderful Fix!

Addendum: Maybe I'm an idiot and just don't know what I'm doing. I still am appreciative of the fix; but I've found that it appears that after installing any other mod that may have scripting (I installed the Harvesting mod), the fix fails and the bug returns. I was able to reinstate the fix and get the bug stopped for a while; but it came back and now nothing works to disable it. I've finally managed to get Natural_Weather_by_Max_Tael uninstalled and the game started so I could make a "clean" save. Think I'll proceed without any weather mods in the future.

To fix fast change weather bug with Vortex
    1) download this mod manually, leave only 1 esp file from All natural, (there 4 files, vortex will automaticlly drop all 4 esps to load order) (I deleted 3 esp files manually and also disabled all other All natural weather esps to be sure no sripts are working)
    2) take only 1 esp file from this mod and zip it, (I used Natural_Weather_by_Max_Tael from original mod and Natural_Weather_by_Max_Tael_RD from Simplified Weather ESP\RD Color Corrected, without hdr or dark nights, worked fine for me),
    3) then drop it to vortex mods tab, install,
    4) go to plugins section and use scheme icon to make esp from this mod load after original mod esp
Helped me a lot. No fast change and new weathers started to work.
There was also All Natural - Nascosto Isles Weather Patch.esp but it asks for a master original mod dont have, just disabled it.

Not just you. You might also find that during The Wayward Knights quest, the Oblivion realm will use the normal world weather. Lastly, it made my night time sky textures big and blurry.

The following mod does work and the darker nights version is indeed darker:

      Natural Weather Unofficial Patch
      http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/5383/?

The Oblivion realm has the correct weather. My nights are dark. My night time sky textures are sharp and beautiful.

Unfortunately, you'll have to manually drag and drop the daytime color corrections in TES4Edit from this mod #14918, into #5383, if you want the daytime color corrections... You'll only need to drag and drop a small handful of records to incorporate the daytime color changes from this mod.

However, having played both, I can see where Max was going with his original tint changes. While different from vanilla, I don't think they were bad choices. Certainly not ugly. It's a preference thing.

This test fix despite the number of endorsements, is all kinds of broken and doesn't solve the original problem.

After 100 hours of gameplay I got hit by the "fast changing weather issue" that Natural Environments has, so I tried this fix and replaced my Natural Weather HDR with the "Normal Scripted HDR & Color Corrected" ESP in the same mod order but it failed for me. I reloaded a clean save, fast traveled but it kept failing (same issues as before), so after a while I replaced that with the "Simpled Weather HDR & Color Corrected" ESP and that immediately worked! I have no more fast changing weather in menus, although it seems now I have less number of different weathers because of the way this fix was made, but I guess that's better than nothing ^_^

    Thanks!

It seems to work for me, except one little detail : it does not rain, it only snows. I've had snow like 3x around Imperial City, but no rain. Is it even supposed to snow there in the 1st place? :o

I love the Darker Nights btw, now these torches are finally useful :p

Phew! It was non-stop fog in my game and it was driving me insane! Using the "fw 38eee" console command would fix the problem for about 10 seconds and then the dreaded fog would return.
Now the fog comes and goes, and I can enjoy the good weather more often. Thanks heaps!
