I like the nebulas, having a choice of several different ones is nice. The sky, however, has some very obvious seams, so I'm using a texture from a different mod for that.

I found solution to the problem.. You need to put Nebula texture to Natural Environment's Sky folder.

I also use Natural Weather HDR mod like LeeHarvey and Nebula does not show up.. It seems Your Nebula is not compatible with Natural Environment..

I'm using MaxTeal's Natural Weather HDR mod.
So far, any of the Nebulae I've tried haven't replaced the night sky for Tamriel, just Oblivion.

skynebula01.dds is the default texture for the Tamriel Nebular and is located in the Oblivion/data/textures/sky folder.

Are you using any mods that change the default climate or weather settings? As far as i know, there isn't any nebula or stars in any of the planes of oblivion by default. Only red stormy sky.

Also that isn't Tamriel in the screen shots, it's not even a exterior. it's a wip of a interior cell using the default Clear weather setting.
