Birsic's_Scrap_Book is an upgrade to the original to support a better Computer and monitor.
If the book does not work for you Then You should try my Upgrade Birsic's_Scrap_Book_V1.3
What It Does:
_________________
Birsic's_Scrap_Book creates a book that displays all your screen shots, but ONLY if you follow directions.
Instillation:
_____________
Step 1:
______
Back up your OBLIVION.INI file usually in a place like these.
Location:
Windows xp - My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\
Windows 7 - user name\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\
Step 2: MUST DO THIS EXACTLY
______
After backing your Oblivion.ini file here is what you HAVE to change.
Files Changed:--My documents\My games\Oblivion.ini
Lines Changed: [Display] section of the .ini file.
1. bAllowScreenShot=1
2. iScreenShotIndex=0
3. SScreenShotBaseName=C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\textures\menus\ScreenShot\
Step 3:
_______
Copy Data folder to your Oblivion Folder, if it asks - say YES
Make sure to enable it in your data file for Oblivion, have fun.
Note:
_____
The book can only display the top left corner of the picture. In this case it is 490*650 for the first picture and 490*720 for the rest in each book.
So if you wanted to just make an in game book, you would target the upper left corner of the screen.
Please note that the whole picture is there when you view it outside the game and this is just a reference for use in the game.
For intergrating Old Pictures:
______________________________
You must move them to C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\textures\menus\ScreenShot\
How to number you OLD pictures:
________________________________
Start at your first picture and rename it 0
Next picture rename to 1
So forth and so on
If your Oblivion is not located on your "C" drive, then you must make that change in the above information accordingly.
EXAMPLE: "F" drive
F:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\textures\menus\ScreenShot\
WARNING
_____________
You might have to do this again if it stops working as somebody on line told me the system can re-write the INI file.
However In the several years I have been playing this, I have never had it happen.
