i dont get the sense of this mod, what's the difference between having skill/attributes capped or uncapped if it ends to you and your enemies deal the % same damage?

Is there a way to uncap only 'Fortify ###' effects untouching leveling? I.e. do not allow 'hard' risig skill past 100, but apply newer formulaes to fortified ones?

    Quick question:

Does this make it to where you abilities *continue* to progress past 100, or that you can fortify them past 100? The 100 progression cap is fine, but it makes 'fortify' effects pointless (especially STR, AGI, and combat abilities). Something that just addresses this issue would be perfect.

Is there an easy way to increase the maximum cap of 200 if I wanted?

Technically yes, but not by much. 255 is the limit due to the way the engine handles things, IIRC. You can try AV Uncapper, which was intended to replace this. It has some more flexible settings (up to 255 in some cases) & changes the way some things are calculated so that the uncapped stats/attribs etc. are meaningful.

Go into the save directory manually at: C:\Users\agrkterro1010\ Documents\My Games\Oblivion\saves and copy the latest save to another directory. To restore, simply copy the backed-up files back into the save directory.

So even with this patch it's impossible to have attributes over 110 correct? I'm a warrior and when I go to level up ONLY my strength and endurance can go to 110, Everything else is capped at 100. Did I not install this correctly or is 110 the highest attributes you can have? I did notice some of my skills can go way past 100 though, I have 1 skill at 143 with items....

Incorrect. The Skills/ATTs max in this mod are capped at 200. Something may have gone wrong with your install, or something is conflicting (unlikely but possible). Check for other mods that modify Skills/ATTs & try uninstalling them.
You ARE launching Oblivion with the OBSE launcher, right?
Worst case, make a clean save, uninstall this, any other OBSE plugin, and OBSE itself. Delete all files/folders related to OBSE, including the OBSE co-save in your Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves folder. Then reinstall OBSE, following the readme, plus any other OBSE plugins you use.
You can test to see if its working by opening up the console with ~
      Type: player.setav luck 200
Press Enter, then ~ to close the console. Now see if your Luck is up at 200.

Thank you, that may be the issue, I will launch with OBSE
One other small question bud, for some reason my chameleon enchanting is jacked up, how can I set my chameleon enchanting?
Basically EVEN with a sigil stone I can only enchant up to 10%, And I'm level 51, it should be 25%, i just want the standard 25% vanilla for sigil stones....

      Thank you

regarding chameleon enchant, i think i read about an overhaul reducing the possible chameleon enchant amount on purpose to make it not as OP. check your mods' readmes

the problem with this mod is that if you raise a magic skill to lvl 200 for example conjuration every conjuration spell will cost you one f***ing mana... this sucks. there is no reason for me to use an uncapper if it destroys the gameplay and balancing completely.

if you play the game at max difficulty conjuration is just a scratch to the enemies even with destruction 100. haven't download this yet but even if you have 100+ destruction the higher your level the harder your enemies. basically even probably like 100 mana cost destruction would just be a tickle on them because they scale with your level.

Yeah well, nobody plays the game with max difficulty because thats just...ew. Its 50% difficulty, always, + mods that make the game ACTUALLY difficult in REAL ways, not simply nerfing player damage while making npc's deal more.... i feel almost sorry for you that you havent realized the issues of max difficulty yet and were playing with it..

There's plenty of ways to make the game more challenging, MMM, OOO, Maskars, etc.
This mod does what it says it does. Don't knock it because you don't like what it does. Just don't use it. I'm sure everybody would be saddened by that..

I have a question:with this mod,it's possible that spells skill at 200 get 0 cost for all spells?

I want to create a divine personage.

Mmm, I don't think you can get down to 0. You can maybe do that with other mods that have configurable .ini's, such as Supreme Magicka. If it doesn't get it down to zero cost, you can EFFECTIVELY get it there by using the Supreme Magicka .ini to set your Intelligence, Willpower, and the ratio used to regen magicka to a level so high that you can't even really see your magicka go down before it's regenerated.

I think OBMM supports OBSE plugins now. Though you should probably be using TMM (TES Mod Manager), which is the successor to OBMM. It can be found in the Skyrim section.
